JUL SKINKA - SWEDISH CHRISTMAS HAM
1 Start with a cured boneless ham not cooked.
2 In a large pot, Place Cured Ham with two carrots,
three bay leaves and twelve peppercorns.
3 Cover with water
4 Cook for approximately three and one half hours.
5 Leave in water while it cools.
6 Remove from pot and remove the rind.
7 In a bowl mix a light mustard and a lot of brown sugar.
8 Cover ham generously with mixture.
9 Sprinkle surface with bread crumbs.
10 Mist with water and place in oven to glaze and turn color.
11 Let cool and decorate with sugar icing or as you please.
12 Serve cold, slice and enjoy.
